This past week saw the Midget C girls team
capture the WOGHL championship. It was a bit of redemption as the team they
defeated, St Mary's, was responsible for eliminating them from provincials. The
girls did it in fine fashion tying all three games and bringing home the
championship trophy via a seven round shootout.
