The Novice Local 2 Ice Dogs played an exciting game to wrap up the regular season on Saturday. In spite the loss to Wingham, the game was representative of the skill development that fan have witnessed throughout the last half of the season. The players and fans are looking forward to a strong post-season.

Seemingly rattled by facing off against other BCH jerseys,
the Novice Local 2 Ice Dogs suffered a defeat at the hands of BCH Novice Local
1 squad. During the game the team did
record its first penalty of the season.
More inspiring was the team’s performance against Ripley on
Saturday morning. Another strong performance by Kaleb (who notably recorded 42
saves in a game against Zurich two weeks ago) was complemented by strong
offensive play by all team members. Putting the team on the board were John,
with his first goal of the season; Lucas; Parker, with two goals; and Sam, also
with two goals. Soaring spirits were evident on the bench and in the dressing
room.
