Submitted By Shelby Lovett on Tue 09 07, 21
The following is important information, including changes in the registration process for this season due to the problems with the registration website.

*BCH late registration fees will not take effect until September 7.
*By September 1 please have a minimum deposit paid of $200.00/player, or $250.00/player if your player is trying out.
*The remainder of your registration fees will be due no later than October 15.
*If you were at least able to complete the transaction online for the tryouts and/or cash calendars then your player will be on our spreadsheet.
*If you have partially or successfully registered, and are unsure of your total amount owed to BCH please refer to the information attached. Cash calendars max out at 2/family. If you are still unsure, please contact the Registrar at [email protected]
*etransfers can be sent to [email protected] - the account is set up for auto-deposit but if a password must be used please use Hockey2021
*Please note in the message of the transfer the names of the players the payment is for. Payment by cheque can also be made - make payable to BCH Minor Hockey & mail to BCH Minor Hockey PO Box 521 Clinton, ON N0M 1L0*We are aiming for ice times to start Sept. 13 and tryouts to start Sept. 24
*The registration website has been closed for now due to the issues but if you still need to register please use the link below to the Google Form. This is only if you have not attempted to register or were unsuccessful at registering for anything such as cash calendars or tryouts. https://forms.gle/w6aBZ2G2EqGpfjpK9*Please note that tryouts do not apply to U7 or U8 and likely not to U9 (due to numbers).
*We have a few players signed up for U21 but we will not have the numbers necessary for a team this season.
*We are still in need of a Treasurer, Co-Coaches Chair, and Tournament Chair.
