Congratulations to our BCH Atom AE team!

The BCH Atom AE Ice Dogs won 6 straight games between Friday January 10 and Sunday January 12, including 3 games on Sunday to win Gold at the Aylmer Flames tournament.  12 very good hockey teams competed in the tournament, but with back-checking, fore-checking, heads-up passing and outstanding goal tending BCH was victorious.  BCH competed against a very strong team from North London for the gold medal on Sunday afternoon after a long day of hockey.

Our skilled Goalie received a standing ovation from both teams after recording her 3rd shutout of the weekend at the gold medal game.

In total, BCH scored 22 goals while only allowing 4 over the 6 games.  The players took very few penalties, co-operated, and responded in a positive manner under pressure.Congratulations to all players and coaches.  What an exciting weekend and a great way to start our playoff season.
