Atom - Parr Line Agri/Mulder Farms - Bradford Blue & Gold Tournament WIN!
Submitted By Erica Allen on Monday, January 29, 2018
These mighty Atom BCH Ice Dogs are at it again!  Another great tournament under our belt!

The Atom Ice Dogs kicked off the tournament Friday with their first game against the Nepean Gladiators.  They came out strong and finished the game with a 3-1 win!

Saturday started with an early morning game against the Brockville Jr Braves.  The mighty dogs showed up bright eyed and ready to skate, and skate they did!  We stood tall and met the Braves for a 8-0 win!

Saturday afternoon after and little food and rest we played the Erindale Spitfires.  Don't let the score fool you, we may have won 5-2 but we had to work hard for each goal.

Sunday has arrived and were are onto the semi finals!  Our semi final game was against the Nepean Avalanche.  We came out strong and hungry and it paid off with amazing results.  The Ice Dogs took a 5-0 win!

Onto the finals, and the battle of the tournament!  We played a tough game against the West London Hawks!  If you paid for your seats you only used part of it!  What an exciting game!  They were a very clean and evenly match team to our Ice Dogs.  It was the true definition of a nail biter!  Goals scored back and forth ended in a very close 4-3 win for our Atom Ice Dogs!  Congratulations to the Atom Parr Line Agri/Mulder Farms Ice Dogs!

Many thanks to the coach and bench staff who supported our players and kept the lines running smoothly.  Thanks to the parents who did quite a bit of driving and navigating between many arenas and cheered on our players.  Most of all, thanks to the players who showed amazing sportsmanship and skated their hearts out!  Go Ice Dogs!
