Registration for 2013-14 Season
Submitted By Admin on Sun 03 10, 13
Registration has been set for March 23rd from 9-12 at the Clinton Arena Lobby, and at our annual banquet, April 3rd from 6-8:30 in the Hensall arena auditorium.
Late feels will be applied
after April 3rd, with no exceptions.
It becomes difficult to fairly divide teams, pick coaches, and make the tryout
process run smoothly when we have late registrations. Midget and
Juvenile divisions have until September 1st to register, with late
fee's applying after that date. However the earlier
players register for these groups, the better as well.
Registration forms for the
boys teams can be found on the website under "joining BCH",
and a shortcut is attached to this email. Please print the
2013-2014 Registration Form, fill
out and have cheques ready to keep the registration line flowing as quickly as
possible. If you are registering as a first year player, please have a
copy of the birth certificate ready with the registration paperwork.
Incomplete registrations will not be considered for tryouts or team placement
until such time as all paperwork has been received by the registrar. For
the upcoming year, we have dropped the regstration costs for Tyke aged
players by $50.00 per child. All other age groups, we have removed the
$75 fundrasing cards from your fundrasing fees, and added this cost to the
registration. So the actual cash outlay remains unchanged from last year.
Girls who wish to play boy's
hockey should register on either March 23rd or April 3rd.
Girls registering for girls hockey are also expected to register on
the same day as boys, but you will need to fill out a different registration
form, which will be up on the website prior to the first registration date.
Please keep in mind that if
you are planning to attend tryouts for any other centre, AA or AAA you must
register with BCH prior to attending those tryouts.
Please do not drop off
registrations at my house unless you have made prior arrangements with
me. It is not my family's responsibility to co-ordinate registration, and
it creates a lot of follow-up. Thank you for your co-operation.
