Novice Rep Lose second game in semi-finals
The Novice Rep Ice Dogs tried their best, but just couldn't take the series in two games. Seaforth was on top of them and there was a lot of action!
Kai played an amazing game and thanks to him the score stayed relatively low for the Dogs! There was a lot more action down in our zone tonight and the Dogs just weren't able to get too many shots on net. The lone goal of the game for the Ice Dogs was scored by Owen, unassisted, in the first period. Seaforth would score shortly after and the first period ended at 1-1.
The second period brought one more goal for Seaforth. The Dogs tried their best to keep the puck in their end, but it was just too slippery and much of the action was in our end.
The third period brought Seaforth their third and final goal and left the game at 3-1. The Dogs' spirits were down but ultimately they tried their best and just couldn't quite pull off the win. Tomorrow will bring the third and final game in the semi-finals and the Dogs will be ready for the Stars...so bring it on!!!!
