The Pee Wee Local #2 team travelled to Elma Logan for an early 6:30pm game on Thursday night and came away with a 1-0 victory. The game featured some very excellent passing and puck movement by the Dogs, and many near misses. The defence played very well in our own end and some great saves from Doug when we needed them (especially the two in the last couple of minutes) sealed the win. Everyone played an excellent game with some big hits right Bryce! The lone goal was manufactured on a nice shot by Jared Daw, the rebound came out to Jacob Govier who quickly fired the puck into the top corner. The team looked a little tired entering the third but played a good dump and chase game for the final period to hold on for the win. Way to go boys! Remember practice tomorrow so we can get some skating in to condition you for the next one.
