Tough Loss
Though the Novice Rep Ice Dogs played a well-fought game, their hard work was not reflected on the scoreboard, as they fell 6-2 to the league-leading Mitchell Meteors.
The last few games, the Ice Dogs are running into a bit of penalty touble, and are hopeully learning the lesson that the game can't be won from the penalty box. They started well, but lost some momentum in the third period when they missed capitalizing on a few great chances. Both Ice Dog goals were scored by Sniper Sam, unassisted.
